What the appointment form collects
The form asks for your name, mobile number, consultation type, preferred date and time, and consent to share these details with the clinic. Please do not send symptoms, medical reports, identification documents or other medical records through this website.
How your details are used
When live booking is enabled, details are used to coordinate your consultation and contact you about the request. The clinic receives an email notification containing these scheduling details. Automated booking messages are sent to the clinic only, not to patients.
Where information is stored
Live requests are stored in an access-restricted AWS DynamoDB table in the configured AWS region (planned: Mumbai, India). Email notifications to the clinic are sent through Amazon Simple Email Service in the same region. Public journal articles are managed in Sanity; appointment details are not stored in Sanity.
Retention and access
Appointment records are configured to expire after 180 days. AWS may retain recovery backups for a further period according to the clinic’s backup settings. Copies of notification emails in the clinic’s mailbox are managed separately by the clinic. Contact the clinic to ask about your information, request correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent for further coordination.
Preview mode
When the form shows “Booking preview”, submission validates the example request but does not save your details or send any notification. Please call the clinic to arrange an actual visit.
Cookies and external links
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Technical hosting logs may be generated to operate and protect the service. Google Maps and WhatsApp links open external services with their own privacy policies. Fonts and illustrative photographs are served with the website.
Medical and appointment information
Submitting a form is an appointment request, not confirmation of a visit. The clinic confirms availability directly. The website does not provide an emergency service, medical diagnosis, or personalised treatment advice. The doctor’s portrait was supplied for this website. Other supporting stock photographs are illustrative and do not depict the clinic. Sample journal content is labelled accordingly.
